RETURN POLICY AND CHANGE APPLICABLE ONLY FOR THE EU COUNTRIES

ALL GOODS ARE THOROUGHLY QUALITY CHECKED AND MARKED BEFORE LEAVING OUR PREMISES. DUE TO CUSTOMS REASONS THERE IS NOT A POSSIBILITY FOR RETURNS OF ANY KIND FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU

Cancellation of order prior to delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery)

1. The customer has the right to cancel his command that is to say to cancel the transaction of purchase before taking the purchased products. In this case, the client sends a statement to the cancellation by e-mail to christianZencouture.com returns@christianZencouture.com. ChristianZencouture.com will accept cancellation and refund of the purchase price by crediting the customer's credit card only if the (purchased) products are not delivered to the fast shipping method (courier) for delivery to the Customer. If you have already given the company fast shipping method, the cancellation will be considered return of products by the following terms.

Change the product after delivery

2. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to request a change of purchased product. In this case, the customer can send e-mail to christianZencouture.com in the above mentioned email address, returns@christianZencouture.com, seeking to change the product with another product of his own choice.

3. Changes will not be accepted for products sold with a discount at the time of purchase.

4. If the new product has higher value than the returned product, then the Customer will be notified electronically by an e-mail, to open a new procedure for payment (to pay the difference). The e-mail containing a link to the website payment of this website, through which the Customer will introduce all the necessary payment corresponds under the conditions below. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product christianZencouture.com then will credit the Customer the difference in accordance with the terms below.

5. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, a further right to return the buying product and to reclaim the fee paid as provided by the Greek legislation on consumer protection (the right to withdraw from the sale been made). In this case, the Customer sends an e-mail message to christianZencouture.com the email address noted above returns@christianZencouture.com, seeking return of the product and return of the price paid.

6. Any request for change or refund of the product must be sent within 15 complete days after receiving the product. Requests for change or return of products after a period of 15 complete days will only be accepted for defective products.

7. Both the right to change and the right to return the product (right to withdraw from the sale) on the entire product is purchased and can be exercised only in a part of the product (eg accessories for the product).

Status of returned products

8. The refund or change of a product will not be accepted if it is shown that the product is used and will be returned to the customer under his own charge. Products must be returned (for rebates or change) in their original condition, complete and undamaged and in their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, etc.). They must be worn, have been altered or washed and the labels must remain on the product.

9.  Shipping products to restoration or change in Greece is free of charge only through the same logistics company, which sent the product for the first time. When sending the product back or change it to another logistics company will charge the customer shipping costs. The Customer sends email message  to christianZencouture.com the email address noted above returns@christianZencouture.com, seeking the return or change the product.

The customer bears the cost of products shipping to restoration or change from and to anywhere outside Greece.

10. For any product which is returned or the requested change, the Customer must include when sending a copy of proof of original purchase.

11. For products for which there is a quest of change, the Customer will be charged the cost of the second delivery of new product obtained after the change.

Conditions for returning goods

12. Failure to comply with any of these conditions, christianZencouture.com is entitled to either (a) consider the right to change or refund was not made invalid and therefore not to accept the return or change of the product or (b) (especially in the case products are not returned intact, which have been worn or used) to accept the change or return and simultaneously to claim compensation from the Customer the value of the returned product defects.

Rebates

13. Once christianZencouture.com receives a request refund or product change and provided that the above conditions are observed, will credit the Customer's credit card with the amount. The Customer will be notified once it has been fully processed the request refund / change. In the case referred above that christianZencouture.com entitled to compensation for defects of the returned products, will be entitled to offset the amount of compensation with the refund price.
